This Week's Challenges - Card 4

My fourth challenge card for this weekend has inspiration from SU-Only Challenges

SUO Challenge #127: Use your favourite new stamps

This card used "Guy Greetings" and Writing Notes from the new 2015-16 Annual Catalogue.

Many of my stamps are flowery or cutesy and I have been looking for a male stamp set that isn't about golf or fishing.

The greeting on the front is raised using dimensionals, and the ribbon is the retired natural ribbon, however you can use the 5/8" Natural Chevron Ribbon and use the reverse side for the same look.

SUO Challenges have wonderful challenge ideas and their designers have some amazing examples to help with inspiration, check out their site.

This week's challenges - Card 3

My third challenge card for this weekend has inspiration from two challenges:

Atlantic Hearts Challenge #117 - A sketch challenge

Color Throwdown Challenge #352 - A colour challenge

This card used the Hexagon Hive thinlits, from the new 2015-16 Annual Catalogue, as the main feature on the front of the card. The greeting is from "Guy Greetings". I ran the thinlit over 4 lots of card, the colours from the challenge (Pear Pizzazz, Lost Lagoon, Sahara Sand and Basic Grey) and pieced the different colours together.
The three Pearl Basic Jewels were coloured with the Lost Lagoon Stampin' Write Marker and the greeting stamped with Versamark.

This week's challenges - Card 2

My second challenge card for this weekend has inspiration from Paper Craft Crew.

Card Sketch #154: A sketch challenge.

This card used "Guy Greetings" from the new 2015-16 Annual Catalogue. The Designer Series Paper (DSP) is from the Neutrals Colour Collection. The inner circle is the 2 1/2" circle punch and the outer circle is the 6th smallest circle framelit. The tag is from the Cutie Pie Thinlits set.

Paper Craft Crew have a great archive of sketches to help when you are struggling for ideas and their designers have some amazing examples to help with inspiration.

This weeks Challenges - Card 1

My first challenge card for this weekend has inspiration from two challenges:

Paper Arts Pals Challenge #261 - A sketch challenge

Fab Friday Challenge #69 - A colour challenge

This card used "Guy Greetings" from the new 2015-16 Annual Catalogue. The front of the card uses the tool stamp and Versamark ink on Lost Lagoon card, using the circle framelits to cut out the shapes on the front. The top layer is raised up using Dimensionals. The Whisper White stamped pieces are attached to the Mossy Meadow layer and the base card is Blackberry Bliss. The card is 14.85 x 14.85 in size.

Happy Birthday Robot Card

My challenge card for last weekend has inspiration from three challenges:

Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch #152 - A sketch challenge

Inkspirational Designers Choice Challenge #86- Grunge - A design element challenge

Stampin Royalty SR#285 - A colour challenge

This card used "Boys Will Be Boys", "Gorgeous Grunge" from the new 2015-16 Annual Catalogue and the retired "Dictionary' background stamp. I coloured the Pearl Basic Jewels with Old Olive, and cut out the greeting using the Decorative Label punch twice. The robot was coloured using a Blender pen.
